Cancellation Policy

We have a cancellation policy to be fair to everyone.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We have a tiered refund system, depending on the notice you give us.

  • For cancellations or changes more than 7 days ahead we offer a full refund less a cancellation fee of £5.
  • For cancellations or changes more than 3 days ahead we offer a 60% refund.
  • For cancellations or changes more than 36 hours ahead we offer a 30% refund.
  • Cancellations or changes within 36 hours are not eligible for a refund.

If you book, but do not attend you will not be eligible for a refund or to reschedule your booking without charge.
The charges above apply to bookings which have been confirmed by us.
If we need to cancel your booking for any reason we will offer you the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Your personal information

We keep client records for professional purposes. This includes the personal and medical information you give us during your consultation(s). We keep these records for seven years from your last treatment with us.

We keep contact details to communicate with clients, and potential clients, in connection with their treatments. If you no longer wish to be a client and would rather we didn’t contact you, please let us know.

We will send you other information only if you have agreed that we may. You can opt out at any time.
