Hypno-massage recognises the importance of the body-mind connection and how they influence and affect each other both positively and negatively. It is based on the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, and physicality are interconnected. We can move towards optimal health and well-being as well as changing patterns of behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work with<\/strong> anxiety, depression, stress, fears & phobias, habits, PTSD and insomnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initial session<\/strong> begins with an in-depth consultation, understanding your needs and desired outcomes. I explain the mind’s workings and its connection to your experiences and challenges. We then engage in solution-focused talking therapy, empowering you to tap into your inner resources and envision positive changes. Then hypno-massage techniques induce deep relaxation, release tension, and guide you to connect with your subconscious mind for personal growth and transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow-up sessions<\/strong> start with a 20-minute seated massage, targeting muscle relaxation techniques, and creating an optimal state for the session. Solution focused talking therapy addresses your specific needs. Then, we transition into hypno-massage. A combination of massage and soothing yet powerful verbal suggestions induces deep relaxation and enhances receptivity to positive change. This integrated approach fosters relaxation, overall well-being and aids you move to your intended outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
