Arrival
Please press the appropriate buzzer a few minutes before your appointment, wait for a reply, come in and take a seat on the ground floor. Your therapist will come down to meet you. If there’s no reply please wait a moment and try again. They may be out of the room.
If you come in without receiving a reply your therapist won’t know you’ve arrived.
